Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear? Comfortable clothes that don't restrict your movement, for example leggings and fitted t-shirt so the instructor can see your posture.
How long is the class? 55 minutes. Please leave 1 hour so you have time to change.
Do I wear shoes? No. Pilates is done barefoot. Socks may be worn if it is cold. Some exercises may require you to remove them.
Do I need to bring anything? No. Everything is supplied. Just bring an open-ness and commitment to follow the principles and enjoy learning something new!
How often should I attend? Three times a week is the frequency recommended by the World Health Organisation.
